SERVICES

When you come for your appointment remember that there is no compulsion in anything. This is your choice. Your healing. Your life.

Below is description of the methods I use to help the people who come to me. If you are drawn more to one way more than another, please let me know. From my experience, some diseases respond better to some methods than others. Also, some bodies by their nature respond to certain methods better than others.

I am honored and happy to see you walk in the door because it is a sign of the strength within you. It is a sign of the trust you have that there is a possibility for things to change, and in the highest way your responding to your own prayer asking for help. And I pray for you to receive the help you are looking for.

ACUPUNCTURE

Acupuncture is one of the oldest, most commonly used forms of medicine in the world. Originating in China more than 2,500 years ago, acupuncture is currently one of the most thoroughly researched, practiced, and respected forms of complementary medicine available anywhere.

Acupuncture uses a variety of techniques, including placing very thin sterile needles into specific points on the body, to stimulate and improve your Qi flow.

MEDICAL MASSAGE

Tui Na is a great alternative to acupuncture, especially for children and needle-phobic adults. It is essential for those engaged in mental activity as well as athletes and body-builders whose demanding workouts leave lactic acid in their muscles causing long-term tightness.

It works on both the physical and energetic levels of the body containing  a variety of techniques. Some are deep and strong, while others are light and soft. This combination helps melt and dissolve pain, tension, and stress.

DIET & HERBS

Your diet, lifestyle, beliefs, and attitude are the first defenses  and strongest medicine. Consier herbs as super-concentrated food medicine. The whole herb as opposed to extraction of particular constituents is beneficial becasue there is a wisdom to how the herbs occur naturally. Science is increasing learning of the side-effects to recent medicines that have been further removed from their origins.

CUPPING

More recently popularized by athletes and celebrities, this ancient method applies suction cups to areas of the body in need of healing. The cups pull blood to the surface, alleviating tension, pain, and fatigue by releasing stagnant blood and trapped energy.

QI GONG

Qi Gong (pronounced Chee Guhng) is ancient Chinese Yoga medicinal exercise for health that is centuries old. Translated as "Excercising the Force of Life," it regulates excess and deficiency in the body to improve and balance health.

Benefits Endurance, Focus, Energy, Flexibility, Anxiety, Asthma, Chronic Pain, Tension, and more.

I prescribe various exercises to facilitate the healing process. Muscle imbalances, weakness, and tightness can be a contributing factor to your pain and condition of health. Exercise programs are an integral part of the healing process to not only accelerate healing time, but also to prevent recurrence or its turning into a chronic condition.

HEART HEALING

"Surely in the human being is a morsel of flesh: when it is diseased, the whole body is diseased. When healthy, the whole body is healthy. This morsel is called "the heart."

-Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ)

Chinese medicine refers to the heart as the Emperor of the body. I have learned carefully preserved methods that call on God's immeasurable and limitless Love, Mercy, Healing, and Ability to heal your deepest inner being that affects .
