Ali Sherbiny, MAcOM, DiplOM (NCCAOM), L.Ac,

 

After four years of specialty study, Sherbiny earned his masters in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the Arizona School of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. He is licensed by the Virginia Board of Medicine and is qualified by the NCCAOM as a DiplOM to offer acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, and Tui Na medical massage.

 

An Arlington native, Sherbiny operated his own Tui Na practice after earning his certificate while still in acupuncture school. His acupuncture practice in Arlington specialized in pain management. He focused on treating sports medicine, arthritis, chronic pain, fibromyalgia & sciatica. He has also offered services at Mind Your Body Oasis, a yoga studio in Crystal City as well as a SUFI Acupuncture, a community clinic in Hagerstown, Maryland. He collaborated with healers of other methods at ACN Wellness in Vienna, VA. Today, he runs a private practice in Arlington, Virginia at the Northern Virginia Doctors Medical Center.

 

He currently resides in Arlington with his wife Sara and children Yunus, Yusuf, and Nafisa.
